Jessica Locklar (Jessica Doodles, @j_oodles) is an Atlanta-based painter and tattooer known for her versatility, thoughtful approach, and a touch of playful charm. With an MFA and background in painting, she brings a strong sense of color, composition, and storytelling into her tattoo work, creating custom pieces that feel both personal and lasting. Jessica loves connecting with her clients and turning their ideas into something meaningful, while fostering a space that feels welcoming, kind, and easy to be yourself in. She is also the Gallery Coordinator and at Empire Arts Gallery, where she supports artists and helps build a creative, community-driven environment. Mentored by Brandi Smart, she continues to grow her practice with curiosity, care, and a genuine love for what she does.
